Get a nonce specific to the parameters specified. This is required prior to calling Userkey.

When using apikey, endpoint will not try to look for authorization header.
When using authorization header, bearer token should be of type client_credentials.

Description

Definition: Gets a nonce specific to the parameters specified.

Parameter	Definition
controller	The name of the controller for which the nonce will be generated. In this case 'rs'
method	The name of the method for which the nonce will be generated. In this case 'Userkey'
apikey	API access key supplied by Rebuilding Society.
